Proposed merge with FLO International
[edit]Two articles on the same topic DA Sonnenfeld (talk) 16:02, 3 May 2013 (UTC)
- Not quite the same topic, as Fairtrade Labelling Organizations International pages describes both FLO International and FLO-Cert. So, merging FLO International alone would be asymmetric. Perhaps merge in FLO-Cert too? Klbrain (talk) 21:32, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
- FLOCERT and FLO International are distinct organisations. I'm going to remove the merge tags from the pages since nothing has been done. Laurdecl talk 02:21, 9 January 2017 (UTC)
The contents of the FLO International page were merged into Fairtrade International on 7 October 2016. For the contribution history and old versions of the redirected page, please see its history; for the discussion at that location, see its talk page. |

No history about Fairtrade International here but there is history on another page
[edit]History of fair trade includes this information..
In 1994, a process of convergence among the labelling organizations – or "LIs" (for "Labelling Initiatives") – started with the establishment of a TransMax working group, culminating in 1997 in the creation of Fairtrade Labelling Organizations International (FLO).
There seems however to not be any source given for this information. Can anyone verify if this information can be included on this page? Wallby (talk) 13:30, 12 December 2023 (UTC)
